im looking through my archives, i just cant help but wonder why i was not blogging from Feb2009 - Sept2010? where i was and what i was doing back then? i cant remember. having said that, hopefully this time i wont forget to do this. because, imma say it again, this is one hell of a therapeutic hobby.

weeeee! finally naayos na ang laptop ku! sa wakas! i miss doing this! pero wala nman ako matype na matino nyahhahaha! isip muna ku.

Goldilocks

these are "pasalubongs" from mamy. polvoron, macaroons and fluffy mamon. i like Goldilocks, though its not a favourite. i do crave sometimes pero pinagsasawaan ku din.

whatever it is, whether its Goldilocks or not, im happy that i know its from pinas and most especially from mamy. its the thought that counts ika nga. biruin mong nag-abala pa tlga c mama to buy these pasalubongs. mnsan ang hirap din magisip ng bibilhin eh. actually tinanong ako ni mamy kung ano gusto ku, at ang hirap din magisip hehehehe. i havent even remember to suggest caramel bar from max's, tsk tsk tsk sayang. yun tlga paborito ku! now im craving. kasabay nito un 2011 planner and a shirt they bought for me from Surigao. dami ku na shirt mula sa ibat ibang lugar. my friend elaine who went to vietnam and hongkong last year gave me shirts also as pasalubong. nakakatuwa, kahit hndi pa ku nakakapunta duon eh may souveneir na kagad. i like shirts kc im planning to get them framed at idi-display ku xa sa magiging bahay ku. para maiba nman, hndi puro magnet. hehehe. haaaaay gusto ku na ng bahay. i juz like the idea of interior designing it. in time.

2011 planner

ive finally got my 2011 planner through my friend loui who went home for holidays. i bought this planner online. facebook. it was just a photo (link) that my friend was tagged into. ayun at naging friend ko na nga c vanessa. i ordered 3 of these. one for myself, my sister, and the other still dont know. kelangan makaisip na ku kung kanino ku ibibigay before this month ends. bilang planner nga ito dba.. hehehe.. im so happy with it. at least kakaiba nman sa starbucks planner na nakasanayan na.

some realizations

- i am nostalgic not whenever i feel down, it is when im happy that i miss them most (in my heart i know who's "them" i am referring to, and im pretty sure they know it too).

- napaka-independent kong tao.

- i guess im the most organized basurera in town.

- true-blooded gemini; ive proven this many times already.

- hindi lahat ng makikita mo ay totoo, mas maniwala ka sa mga sinasabi ku. learn to read between the lines, ganun akong tao, kahit kanino.

- photography and travel, i will focus on.

- gustong gusto kong maitaguyod ang pangarap kong negosyo, apartment.

- hndi pala nakakatuwa ang taong walang sariling identity.

- beyond the joy and knowledge that reading brings, i like it because the author is able to articulate my thoughts.

simplicity

i admire simplicity, it definitely rocks \m/

amidst of iphone, dslr, plasma tv, ipad, and all the things technology has to offer, it humbles to see people in their own ways of simplicity. just be more observant and you will see a lot of these in your surrounding.

just yesterday i was in the bus going home and i saw a man, probably in his early 40s, holding something that dont look like an iphone and got an earphones connected to it. i was very keen to know what it is as it really-doesnt-look-like-an-iphone-or-any-mp3players kind of thing. and to my surprise, you guess, it is a SONY WALKMAN. yes, you're right the oldschool walkman, that thing -almost half a size of an ordinary book and is very bulky. that was amazing! where am i? in a first world country, man! and what year were in? its 2011! oh gosh, dont get me wrong, i was really stunned! if only i couldve snap a photo of him, or have taken a short vid while he was taking out the cassette tape to play the reverse side of it, i will post it here. but i was not able to, remember i was in the bus, with lots of passengers.

im not saying that i define simplicity that way. i mean using gadgets of 90s. what im trying to say is that, in a fast paced world we're into, people like him still prefers to use his walkman with probably some cassette tapes inside his bag to choose from. the hell he cares with apple or blackberry. world was more simple indeed when they were just fruits.
